Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment
When you see our surgeon, x-rays, CT or MRI exams may need
to be completed to assist with diagnosis. This may have been done by your
primary care physician prior to coming to our office. The surgeon will do
an evaluation of the testing to clarify abnormal results. He will explore
all the options for your treatment. If surgery is the option chosen, the
procedure will be fully explained to you. After surgery, a pathology report
will be reviewed with you at the post-op visit. Further treatment plans will also be discussed and referrals to other
specialists made as appropriate. Our physicians are compassionate and kind
in discussing treatment options.
