Appointments.
When you or your physician calls for an appointment, we will make every effort
to ensure you are seen as soon as possible. The phone attendant will collect as
much information as possible at that time. You may also ask appointment
questions at this e-mail:

Clinical calls. Each
surgeon has a private scrub who may be either a surgical tech, RN or LPN. They
are available to answer your questions during office hours. If someone is not
available to visit with you at the time of your call, the phone attendant will
ask if you would like to leave a voice mail and/or will take a message for you.
We will not respond to clinical e-mails.
Billing calls.
If you have questions regarding a statement or questions about your account,
please feel free to ask questions. Please call the above number during office
hours and ask for billing. You may also ask billing questions at this e-mail:

After hours.
Our physicians are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. The above number
will be answered by our answering service after hours. Please leave information
for a return call. The physician will call you back as soon as possible.
